Became CII’s subsidiary, increased authorized capital up to 140 billion VND, specializing in traffic infrastructure construction, changed company name into CII E&C..

2013
CII increased its owning authorized capital up to 49%.
Established COTESCO working on Construction Consulting Services with 51% authorized capital owned by Joint Stock 565.
BSI Organization certified ISO 9001:2008 for quality management system according to ISO 9001:2008 standard. Constructing Quantity Value reached 200 billion VND for the first time.

HCM City Infrastructure Investment (CII) became the greatest shareholder owning 30% authorized capital. 565 Company started working on traffic and infrastructure works whose client was CII.

Transfer into Joint Stock Company 565 according to 3222 dated 31/08/2005 and Cienco 5 owns 30% authorized capital.

Investment and Commerce CTGT 565 was established according to 129/2000/QĐ-BGTVT dated 18/01/2000 by Ministry of Transport.
