Start to build and install package XL1 in Investing Engineering and Infrastructure on Northern Residential Area (functional area no.3 and no.4), finishing North-South axis (From the foot of Thu Thiem 1 Bridge to Mai Chi Tho Street) in Thu Thiem New Urban Area, main tasks following:

| + Construct ground of the rest; |
| + Construct Ca Tre Bridge; |
| + Construct D1 Street. |

* Location: District 2 - HCMC.

Contract Value is temporarily decided on the basis of total investment approved, 1 319.692 billion VND (one thousand three hundred nineteen billion and six hundred ninety-two million VND). Contract Value will be adjusted in the official contract according to plan and total plan assessed by authority and investor.
