Expanding National Road 1 Investment cross Ninh Thuan Province from Km1525+000 to Km1589+300 is a part of project along with Government and Ministry of Transports undertakings of investing to construct and expand National Road 1 from Thanh Hoa to can Tho to finish 4-lane route project in 2016.

Project in form of BOT contract, investor: CII. Total investment scale: 2,110 billion VND. Duration: 17 months.
 * Location :Km1525+000 to Km1589+300 National Road, Ninh Thuan province.
- Part 1: The beginning Km1525+000 in Thuan Bac, Ninh Thuan Province, the end Km1551+246 in Ninh Hai, Ninh Thuan Province, length of part design route L=26.246 km;
- Part 2: The beginning Km1563+000 in Ninh Phuoc, Ninh Thuan Province, the end Km1567+in Ninh Phuoc, Ninh Thuan Province, length of part design route L=4.500 km;
- Part 3: The beginning Km1573+350 in Thuan Nam , Ninh Thuan Province, the end Km1574+500 in Thuan Nam , Ninh Thuan Province, length of part design route L=1.150 km;
- Part 4: The beginning Km1581+950 in Thuan Nam , Ninh Thuan Province, the end Km1584+550 in Thuan Nam , Ninh Thuan Province, length of part design route L=2.600 km;
- Part 5: The beginning Km1586+000 in Thuan Nam , Ninh Thuan Province, the end Km1588+500 in Thuan Nam , Ninh Thuan Province, length of part design route L=2.500 km;
* Project scale:
         Roads:
Level – 3 delta road, VTK = 80km/h as standard TCVN 4050-2005. However, in greatly difficult part, VTK = 60 km/h is allowed as Document no. 1086/ BGTVT-KHCN on January 27^th, 2014.
 Bridges:
  - Brand-new bridges: permanent  BTCT and BTCT DƯL
  - Reused bridges: Use the current situation and exploit with existing load.
