CII E & C has applied for listing on HOSE

HOSE has just announced to receive listing application from CII E&C on March 6^th,2017. Thereon, CII E&C has registered to list all 41,5 million stock equal to 415 billion VND of authorized capital.
CII E&C is leading company in vital infrastructure constructions such as Saigon 2 Bridge, Binh Trieu 2 Bridge, Hanoi Highway, .. simultaneously with civil constructions and M&E services.
CII E&C is   Investment and Business in Traffic Construction 565 Company‘s precursor established in 2000. In 2005,it transferred  into Joint Stock Company 565 and Cienco 5 owns 30% authorized capital. In 2007, HCM City Infrastructure Investment (CII) became the greatest shareholder owning 30% authorized capital. Company started working on traffic and infrastructure works whose client was CII. In2009, CII increased its owning authorized capital up to 49% then kept raising ownership ratio in this enterprise.
In the end of 2016, CII surprisingly assigned  19,48 million of shares of CII E&C to 93 other investors, decreased its ownership ratio down to 49%. From December 27^th, 2016, CII E&C officially became CII ‘s affiliate.
CII E&C has been working on Thu Thiem new urban area, Thu Thiem Lake View 1, Hanoi Highway Expanding Project,..
Listing CII E&C on HOSE has been planned from November, 2016 before divesting from this enterprise.
